Ramas Contracting was founded by Ezequiel Ramas, whose background includes commercial project coordination, field operations, and construction management across a range of project types, including aviation, hospitality, restaurant, and residential construction. With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and experience working alongside owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and field teams, the company was built around a practical understanding of how projects move from planning and pre-construction through execution and closeout.

That experience shaped the approach behind Ramas Contracting: stay involved, communicate clearly, solve problems early, and take accountability for the work. Exposure to different project environments has reinforced the importance of coordination, organization, and follow-through at every stage of construction.
